Information reaching Naija Gist Blog indicates that the man in the picture above is Chief Dan, an Edo state PDP Chieftain.. Well they said Chief Dan took a lady (prostitute) to a hotel and after everything he refused to pay the agreed amount. So the girl probably got upset and snapped him while he was resting like a pig. She then sent the picture to her friends who have circulated the picture on social sites.
