Shay Maria Kozlowski (born April 30, 1990) is a dancer, model and actress from Buena Park, California. From the age of five she trained in dance - Hip Hop, Ballet, Lyrical, Modern, Tap, and Jazz Funk - and is a 2008 graduate of the Orange County High School of the Arts.
