Man shoots son for using his car

A Lagos businessman, Obed Igwe has been arrested for allegedly shooting his son. The incident was said to have occurred after an argument broke out between Obed and his son, Herod Igwe over the use of his car.  Sources say that Herod’s younger brother Ebuka Igwe used his father’s car without his consent and this made Obed so angry that he sent Ebuka packing from their  Satellite Town, Lagos residence.
When Herod, 200 level student of Law at the American University, Cotonou, returned home from school at the weekend and learnt that his father had expelled his younger brother for using his car, he started pleading on behalf of his brother. This incident somehow lead to Herod being shot in the arm and leg. The police at Agboju Division, Satellite Town, Lagos, later arrested and interrogated Igwe.
