•Chante Moore

Incorporated in 2010, The True Health Foundation was set up following the vision of its founder, Stella Emmanuel, to help in addressing the dire need of funding for medicare of the less privileged in the society.
Having had to deal personally with chronic kidney failure over a four year period, from 2006 to 2010 along with the huge attendant costs for dialysis and constant monitoring and eventually a kidney transplantation in May 2010, she was awakened to the fact that though having passed through quite a distressful experience, she was indeed more fortunate than others around her who had even passed on due to their inability to afford the required medical care.
To address this situation, the foundation seeks to raise USD1.2milion to equip 10 designated public hospitals across Nigeria.
Despite Chante Moore’s success as an artiste she has not lost touch with the less privileged and identifies closely with the aims of the True Health Foundation.
With her smooth, lush vocals, and powerful delivery, Chante Moore is truly one of the unsung R n B legends.
Recognizing her immense talent and appeal, Virtual Xchange signed on Chante Moore for an African series of events that begins in South Africa on the 16th of August and continues with events in Lagos.
