(Pictures/Videos) The imcomparable @phontigallo and @9thwondermusic...in Baltimore...

It was REALLY GOOD TO SEE Phonte Coleman and Patrick Douthit on stage together again. Now this wasn't their first time obviously but it was the first time I have seen them LIVE on stage in a long time (But not the first time I saw them together..Saw 9th at the Dear Friends taping at SoundPure in Durham...) as it was for many of the folks in the audience. They did NOT DISAPPOINT. Ran through classic tracks as well as their current tracks on their respective albums. They gave the crowd the news about charting 7th and 10th on Billboard's Rap charts and FE's album Authenticity pending Grammy nod progress.

Phonte performing "The Life Of Kings"

The opening acts (if you would like to call them at as I came there to see EVERYONE there so that title is not one I would use) DJFlash, Halo, Rapsody, The Away Team and Median all did well too and kept the crowd amped through the night. Normally, I go to shows and try to focus STRICTLY on getting shots and videos. Very hard to do when someone I consider a friend (at this point) is on the stage doing what he does best. Even harder when he is someone that I personally have in my Top 3 of all time when it comes to this MCing thing (and top 3 MUSICIANS MIGHT I ADD..Genre not withstanding..) So this time around, I went as a fan and supporter SOLELY. So I thought. I still ended up catching some footage and doing a post on what happened. Honestly wasn't my intent. Good talent will force you to do that. Hope you enjoy the little bit of footage that I felt like sharing. UPDATE: More footage... This is how Tay and 9th started it off... One of my favorite cuts... Everything Is Falling Down...(Shoutout to JEANNE JOLLY....SEE YOU SOON!) In case you DIDN'T KNOW.. Phonte is FUNNY AS HELL.... He talks about him and 9th...The INTERNET....

This is my footage...Shoutout to the other folks who provided things...

(Pictures/videos)...@MedianJL, @Mr.BenReady, @ItsTheAwayTeam....Baltimore show....

Since it had been so long since I had seen these three acts, I turned into fan mode and didn't get any 'video'. My bad. I do apologize. I know some folks who did though and I will add it to the post (with credit to them) when I come across it. I DID however, shoot a couple of flicks. So do enjoy.

UPDATE: Video footage will be added as it is found..

Shoutouts to the folks who provided the footage. Thank you. The Away Team!!!! Median!!!!

DJ Flash!

Go find the Phonte/9th post..There are things in it like this...

(Video/pictures) @Rapsodymusic, @MrBenReady and @9thWondermusic...Just a few of the clips from their dope set at Sonar (Baltimore)..

She flipped Maxwell's "Fortunate" into some other ish live for a lucky gentleman in the audience among other things....

(Tour dates) @phontigallo/@9thWonderMusic and @FEOfficial...aka The Foreign Exchange...

UPDATED: The second leg of this post has started.

This is actually a lost post because I originally meant to put up the concert dates in NYC, B-More and D.C. when I got Charity Starts At Home. Just never pushed send.. The 9th/Phonte sets will OF COURSE have 9th and Tay doing sets from their respective new albums The Wonder Years & Charity Starts At Home (Which I spoke on here..http://thewarehous.blogspot.com/2011/09/musicthoughts-phontigallos-phonte-long.html @ those of you who have arrived via a DIRECT link and cannot see the blog's front page slide show with this article featured in it...), as well as past hits they have collab'd on...There is footage somewhere on the blog with their Toronto show to give you an idea of what to expect..)

UPDATE: Clearly, this part of the tour has passed. I actually did attend the show in Baltimore...here are the posts that I made as the result of that date...

The main picture is the note I got attached to my receipt. Pretty sure if you are a fan you can figure who AF is...as well as who CW is....Now that has been officially announced, I feel more comfortable sharing the note. Sonar....for those of you wondering where I would partake in the show.

I can't keep giving ya'll the music and NOT tell you when they are coming to your area right? Exactly. You won't say "Man why didn't you tell me?" And it is going up in the blog's slide show so there will be no excuse.

Coming to a city near you! Phonte with 9th Wonder in October AND then TFE (Phonte + Nicolay) with Zo!, Sy Smith, Jeanne Jolly and band (Chris Boerner, Tim Scott Jr., Kush) in November

I don't know how much of the Goodman game with Lebron, Chris Paul, KD and "Melo but.....video

Here is a mix of some of the plays there. (Those live look-ins that they had on ESPN were a good look too..)

I promised myself when the hit count for Sheldon Dutes sexual preference hit 500, I would say something.

I don't know if what it is. If I DID, I wouldn't tell you 'cause I don't know what you would do with the information.

There....I said it.

For the thousands of you who just said 'Huh?", that's what I said when I started to and continued to get hits on the subject. So you aren't alone....

@jimmywa11 being....well.....John Wall....video at the 'Melo Center in Baltimore...

The behind the back cross and the DEEP cross on the dead run.at .45 mark tho....Yeah...he deserved that for being disrespectful for reaching...

I heard Brandon Jennings was staying in the area and plays there as well....

Remember when the 'streetball' cats said that NBA players were 'scared' to come on the court with 'em? I'm thinking that after THIS LOCKOUT, that statement won't be happening too much. (Shoutout to the ballers who can play with 'em though.) 'Cause if the lockout keeps up, this what you can expect. NBA players running around embarrassing the hell out folks all over. Not just the Summer time but full time. They gotta play somewhere..
